For more than 60 years, Three Oaks has been committed to preserving our neighborhood and creating a strong community for residents of all ages.
Architectural Change Form
Please fill out and submit a form to Metropolis or the Three Oaks Board of Directors for ANY exterior home changes. You can use the Word doc or the Google Fillable Form.

Monthly Board Meetings
Board meetings are open to all homeowners. The board usually meets the 3rd or 4th Monday of every other month
at 7:00 p.m.
On Monday holidays, the meetings are on Tuesday (or the previous or next Monday).
Email reminders will be sent the week before.
Please contact the board to confirm date and time at least three days before each meeting.
In 2026, there will be an open 2027 Budget discussion meeting in October.
--There will also be a final budget meeting in November, during which the Board will vote on the 2027 budget.
--The final budget, and the amount of the 2027 dues, will be sent to all owners by November 30.

Drainage System
Our dues pays for a drainage system behind most of our homes so that our gutter water does not permeate the basement walls.
The system is cleaned each fall. Please help us by clearing off the catch basins behind your home.

POOL HOURS and INFORMATION
The Pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day
Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun**
from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
** NOTE: Prior to school closing and after school opening, hours on Mon, Wed, and Fri are 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Spring Annual Meeting
Purpose of Annual Meeting
Every spring (April or May) we hold an Annual Meeting for all owners
Purpose: To elect new members to open positions on the Board of Directors. To vote on items that properly come before the Association. To share information and concerns about our community.

Fall Budget Meeting
Each year in November, the Board holds a special called meeting to review and approve the upcoming year's budget.

Revised Parking Rules
Effective October 25, 2025
Revised parking regulations include the following major rules:
1. Two parking static cling stickers are issued to each townhouse.
2. Each vehicle parked in the HOA must have a 3OA parking sticker on the lower left (driver's side) windshield.
3. A towing company will check randomly from 2 a.m. to 9 a.m.
