Before making any changes to your unit, fill out an Architectural Change form and send it to the Board. For a copy of the form, click below:

The Board usually meets monthly, Jan-Nov. To see the minutes, please contact Metropolis Management or a Board member.

Architectural Changes
Every Fall (usually in November) we hold a Budget Meeting.
Purpose: For all owners to have an extra opportunity to discuss the next year's budget before it is adopted by the Board of Directors.

Spring Annual Meeting
Every spring we hold an Annual Meeting for all owners
Purpose: To elect new members to open positions on the Board of Directors. To vote on items that properly come before the Association. To share information and concerns about our community.
If you can't attend, please fill out a Proxy Form so that we can meet our quorum.
